He writes about the post-industrial revolution, the way ideas spread, marketing, quitting, leadership and most of all, changing everything. Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown Do less, but better, and with more focus. Greg McKeown describes The Way of the Essentialist, which means learning how to focus our time on only the right things – the things that are essential – and eliminating everything else.
